Help??? Can I Get A Tourist Visa For Australia From New Zealand If I’m A South African?

I am currently on holiday in NZ and I want to visit Australia before flyin back to South Africa. How do I do this the easiest way? I can’t apply through ETA, I’m not eligible. Help?

    You will have to submit a paper application for a subclass 676 Tourist visa. If you’re in Auckland, you can lodge it in person, otherwise, you will need to mail it. Allow around a week for an answer once your application reaches the office.
